At Browns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Browns account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and the security seal remains intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Schedule a Collection

  Book a complimentary courier pickup through our website or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point to begin the transit back to our boutique.
